Filmfest KC focuses on story and development, not budget and action.

I support independent filmmakers, so I was happy to take on Filmfest KC as a client. The TV concept uses the MPAA rating guides to let viewers be aware that they are about to experience a film that focuses on vision, story and character development, not budget and action sequences. The print campaign deftly uses film placards to contrast independent film with major studio excess.
