In 2004, I developed the first Creativity Symposium and it has become an annual event. I wanted to find a way to let everyone at Barkley know that they are creative, so everyone at Barkley attends. Even the receptionist. We brought in respected creative thinkers inside and outside of our industry to inspire and fill the creative well. These three posters showcase the real need for more creative ideas. The one on the bottom right is actually made by hand using beautiful layers of paper that fold out like a peeled onion. It features a Barkley partner and shows his “right brain” being fully engaged.
